This Tampere adult education centre provides vocational qualifications and continuing education and says it has more than 12,000 adult students a year. Fields include automotive, hydraulics, management, early childhood education, beauty care, electrical engineering, social and health care, and hospitality, with facilities such as an electrical training field and a hydraulics hall.
Students can learn through apprenticeships, on site or online, with short courses, certification courses and training for immigrants. Companies can get staff training and recruitment support, and the Nirva site has an auditorium and classrooms for hire. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
