The non-profit association's building culture centre occupies a former log-floating association house built in 1892. Conservation repairs in 2012–2017 kept its layered building history visible. It serves as a learning environment and visitor site for conservation-minded repairs.
Facilities include courses, lectures, a small reclaimed building parts bank, a library and workspaces. Rooms can be hired for events. The association also manages the Tahmela Villa cultural venue. Parking and the toilet are accessible, but the entrance and seating are not. There is no hearing loop.
