Next to Hotel Ilves in Tampere, this gym is open around the clock to members with a key card. Equipment includes cardio machines, mostly by Matrix, Gym80 strength machines, a Smith machine, free weights, a functional training area and circuit machines, plus massage chairs and a Power Plate for recovery. There is also an equipment Pilates studio, a relaxation area and a sauna.
Personal trainers and physiotherapists work on site, and group classes are booked online. Memberships can be started, frozen and ended online with no fixed term, and a two-week trial is offered. Leisure vouchers are accepted, but the entrance is not step-free.
