This Japanese sushi and grill buffet is in the Koskikeskus shopping centre in Tampere. Guests choose their ingredients freely from the buffet, and a chef grills them to taste. The choice includes more than a dozen kinds of sushi and sushi bowls, Vietnamese food, appetisers, hot dishes, pastries, desserts and fresh fruit.
