A historic former factory houses a community of craftspeople and artists. Makers produce blown glass, glass art, jewellery, ceramics, leather bags and custom footwear. The building also houses upholstery, traditional sprung furniture restoration, interior textile work and tattooing. Some products use circular-economy materials.
Resident makers' products can be bought at the ground-floor Katutaso shop. Glassblowing and ceramics classes, workshops, commissions and interiors advice are offered. Studios occupy several floors. Entry and parking are accessible, but there is no wheelchair-accessible seating, accessible toilet or hearing loop.
