This Tampere contemporary art centre describes itself as a gallery and a free art house for non-commercial cultural work. It hosts exhibitions, courses and events and also runs a Folk's Kitchen (Kansankeittiö). The house is linked to the cultural association Pispalan Kulttuuriyhdistys ry, and a book has been published about it.
Decisions are made together by the community, with house meetings on Tuesdays, and members share knowledge, skills and tools. Donations of goods are accepted, and the house follows safer-space principles. The entrance and parking area are not wheelchair accessible. The website is in Finnish, English and Ukrainian.
