Founded in 1982, this association offers peer support for people with an ostomy across the whole Pirkanmaa region. It is a member of Finnilco ry. Volunteer peer supporters visit patients on the gastro and urology wards at TAYS.
Peer support evenings are held in spring and autumn at Liisan sali, Kuninkaankatu 36B. The year also includes an autumn start event, a Christmas party and pool exercise sessions. Communication is mainly by email, and membership letters are no longer sent by post.
