This volunteer-run, non-commercial café and counter-culture space has been going in Turku since 1981. In the Brinkkala building it hosts a weekly writing circle, crafts club and quiet reading circle, along with exhibitions, film nights, concerts and festivals, and open-air screenings are held in the Brinkkala courtyard.
Once a month, a Saturday solidarity sale offers books, fair-trade coffee and vegan treats. Many events are free and have no age limit. The website is mostly in Finnish, but many posts also appear in English. There is no accessible parking.
