This art café on the bank of the Aurajoki river in Turku serves homemade cakes, cinnamon buns and savoury pies. Coffee comes freshly roasted from Turun Kahvipaahtimo and tea from Teepolku, and the café's baristas have won the Vuoden Barista (Barista of the Year) title seven times. Art hangs on the walls, and exhibitions are held here.
You order at the counter, and pastries can be taken away. Coffee, tea and treats from the display case are also sold to take home or give as gifts. Breakfast and vegan options are available, there is a terrace, and tables can be booked. Meeting rooms are available too. The entrance is not step-free. A visit usually takes from 30 minutes to an hour and a half.
