This Turku restaurant opened in 2020 on the upper floors of an 1829 building by the River Aura, designed by Charles Bassi. The kitchen makes Finnish food by hand from scratch with Finnish fish, lamb and vegetables, smoking its own fish, and every dish is gluten-free and lactose-free without a special request. The wine is imported directly from the Il Generale estate in Piedmont, and since 2022 the restaurant has been a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
Tables can be booked online via TableOnline, by phone or by email. Four rooms host weddings, doctoral dinners, meetings and memorial receptions. Staff speak Finnish, Swedish and English, and the premises are wheelchair accessible.
