Everything at this Turku bakery is baked in-house with sourdough. The range covers sourdough breads, buns, croissants and other sweet and savoury bakes, made with organic and local ingredients. Flour comes from Riihipuoti and the Siimes organic farm in Pöytyä, and Finnish ingredients are used whenever possible.
At the Forum Kortteli shop you can take bakes away or enjoy them with a hot coffee, and there is room for a short coffee break. Larger pre-orders are also accepted. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, dogs are allowed inside, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
