This Turku recycling centre is an independent, non-profit environmental operator run by the Kestävän Kehityksen Yhdistys (Sustainable Development Association). Its aims are to increase reuse, extend the life of products, make recycling easy and create jobs. The shops sell second-hand furniture, appliances, bicycles and books, with three shops in the Turku region.
Donations of electrical and electronic devices are accepted in any condition, along with household items in working order. Usable items are resold, and the rest is recycled as material or energy. Pickup of donated goods can be arranged. The car park and entrance are step-free, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
