This privately owned gym, open to everyone, sits on Kakolanmäki hill in Turku and has nearly 600 square metres of modern machines and free weights. Its speciality is Biocircuit, a nine-machine Technogym circuit that takes under 30 minutes and guides you from one machine to the next on a personal programme. A Check Up test measures body composition, mobility, balance, endurance, strength and memory.
Staff are on hand at set times on weekdays and Saturdays to help with equipment and memberships. Options include flexible, group, Biocircuit and VIP memberships as well as single visits and a 10-visit card, sold at the front desk or in the online shop. Cards are accepted.
