The freight check-in and forwarding point of Viking Line Cargo is in Turku's Linnansatama port, next to the Viking Line terminal. The office stands in the middle of the area for departing and arriving vehicles, and staff handle matters for both. Signposts lead to the port from all main roads, and driving directions are available as a PDF.
When freight booking is closed, space on upcoming departures can be booked here. Trailer tractors are available, but forklifts, container and swap-body lifts, ferry wagons and rail or electrical connections are not. Customs is not handled here, and freight booking gives details on dangerous goods. The passenger terminal has an ATM and a café.
