This Swedish-language day-care centre and pre-primary unit is run by the City of Turku and has been in its current building, about 4 km from the city centre, since 2021. There are six groups: two pre-primary groups, two for ages 3 to 5 and two for ages 0 to 3. Inside are a large hall for movement, a library and an art studio, and the Halistenkoski rapids, a forest, a park and a field nearby are used for outings and outdoor play.
The centre also has a Muksubussi cargo bike with room for eight children. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible, and the website links to an accessibility description.
