Opened in 2014, this Turku restaurant dropped its à la carte menu in 2016 and now serves set menus only. The kitchen does not stick to one genre: dishes are built on local, seasonal produce, some foraged by chefs Erik and Simo in the forests around Turku, and part of the tableware is handmade, including pieces the chef threw at Savipaja in Kustavi. It won the Restaurant of the Year award in 2018 and holds one MICHELIN star in the 2026 guide.
Tables can be booked online or by phone, and groups of more than eight book by email. Each month's tables open for booking on the 1st at 10 am. Dinner usually takes one and a half to four hours. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
