This Turku-based district track and field association runs competitions in Varsinais-Suomi (Southwest Finland): its website publishes competition calendars, rules, a results archive going back to 2014 and district records. Juniors can take part in running and district cup series and an activity competition.
The association trains coaches at levels I to III as well as officials. Young people can join Tulevat Tähdet camps, the Minitähdet programme and specialist schools in pole vault, high jump, javelin, race walking, and shot put and discus. Coaches have access to forms and a materials bank, and contact details for member clubs are listed online.
