The non-profit organisation provides peer support for relatives of people with alcohol problems. Members share experiences in group meetings, open to people of any age or background. It is independent of religious and political organisations and schools of thought.
Membership is anonymous, with no member register, and activities are funded by voluntary contributions. Volunteer telephone services operate in several regions, including a Swedish-language service. The monthly Tietoavain magazine is published in print and digital formats. The central service office has a wheelchair-accessible entrance.
If you wish, share your experience of finding support in the comments to help other relatives.
