This Christian association in Turku has been helping people with the power of the gospel since 1945. Food is handed out three times a week, and on Wednesdays and Fridays the session ends with a short devotion and a shared meal. A Sunday home church serves porridge, coffee and a bun, with communion once a month, and a Bible group meets on Thursday evenings. It also supports employment through wage subsidies, work trials and placements.
Times depend on the morning's food supply, and on Mondays there is a separate session for people with limited mobility. The thrift shop accepts clothes, bags, jewellery and household goods. Everything runs in Finnish, and the entrance is step-free.
