This is the regional youth organisation for Swedish-speaking Ostrobothnia. Its members are local youth associations, grouped into rings numbered 1 to 8. It organises the Johannes gala and the annual Johannes prizes for member associations and active members, runs theatre and revue activities as well as dance and music, and operates the Rekvisitabanken props lending service. A Pidro card game tournament is also held.
Members can take courses, including one in sound technology, and join workshops. Member services include online benefits, the Föreningspost newsletter and a sales and rental board. A small office is used for member meetings.
