The housebuilder delivers move-in-ready homes across Finland. Its brands include Designtalo, founded in 1989, Finnlamelli, specialising in laminated-log construction since 1995, and Ainoakoti, developed with K-Rauta. It also undertakes public buildings such as schools and day-care centres.
Houses are designed and manufactured at its factories in Nivala and Alajärvi, then completed on the plot. Architect-designed models can be adapted to customer needs. Projects are delivered by in-house staff and long-term partners, with support throughout the building process.
