Founded in autumn 2024, the house builder operates under the Jukkatalo and Kylätimpuri brands. Jukkatalo sells move-in-ready detached houses that buyers do not need to build or finish themselves. Kylätimpuri builds individually designed homes on site around customer preferences.
A Jukkatalo contract covers permits, groundwork, transport, project management and trades through to completion. Kylätimpuri serves Southern and Central Finland, Southwest Finland and Pirkanmaa.
