The builder delivers move-in-ready log homes under one contract from the foundations onwards. Customisable house designs are also available at an interior-ready stage, leaving the buyer to finish interiors and fit fixtures. Log-house kits are offered to owner-builders too.
Laminated logs are produced at its own factory in Alajärvi. RYHTI logs carry a ten-year non-settling guarantee. Designs can be explored through virtual tours and open house events, and factory pre-erection of house kits can be arranged separately.
