The professional pilots' association represents pilots working in Finland in international aviation forums and exchanges information with overseas pilot organisations. Its safety committee comprises active professional pilots from different airlines and aviation sectors. Work covers safety, environmental, operational and technical matters.
The association participates in European and global campaigns on flight safety and working conditions. Members receive the printed Liikennelentäjä magazine four times a year.
