This is a teaching restaurant run by Salpaus, operated by students under professional supervision. It serves lunch, coffee and catering orders, with lunch brought to the table. It prefers domestic, responsibly produced ingredients from local suppliers, and the kitchen develops, tests and tastes new dishes as part of the training.
Full-time students in Salpaus basic or TUVA programmes eat for free. The entrance, toilet, car park and seating are wheelchair accessible.
