This cinema hall in the Lasipalatsi building in Helsinki has been screening major premieres since 1936 and belongs to the Gilda cinema chain. Its original 1930s seats are protected by the Finnish Heritage Agency, and the top row has two-person boxes with armchairs. There are 415 seats plus four wheelchair spaces, the sound system is Dolby 7.1, and a few rows were removed to give more legroom.
The hall is licensed to serve alcohol and has an 18+ age limit. Screenings are mainly from Friday to Sunday, and tickets and gift cards are sold online. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
