This nine-storey building in Helsinki has 263 furnished rental studios and over 500 m² of shared space, including a gym, sauna, kitchen and lounges. Studios range from 18 to 38 m² and sleep up to two or three people, and every one has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, combi oven and induction hob.
Short stays are up to 27 nights, and longer stays run on fixed-term agreements. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am at self-service points in the lobby. The metro and buses are about a five-minute walk away. There is secure bike storage but no parking. Pets are welcome, Wi-Fi is free, and breakfast is not included.
