This yoga business, based in Helsinki and Porvoo, blends yoga with somatic movement, astrology, mythology and meditation. It has run retreats in Sri Lanka, Portugal and Finland for nearly a decade, and its studio in the Porvoo countryside by the sea hosts day retreats and private mini-retreats.
Small group classes, private lessons, corporate yoga, yin and flow yoga, and online yoga and meditation packages are also on offer. Classes and retreats are arranged by email or phone, and cards are accepted.
