A real estate agent is always involved, with banks and brokerage systems joining the open platform. Apartment share transactions require a paper share certificate or electronic ownership entry. Property transactions can cover real estate, lease rights or a partial share. Owners include Alma Media, OP Group, S-Pankki, Aktia and Danske Bank.
