This Helsinki gym has more than 800 m² of space and a capped number of members, so you can train calmly without queuing. Machines are by Matrix and Gym80, and there are treadmills, cross trainers, a stair climber, a large free-weight area and a functional training zone. A relaxation corner has a Neurosonic lounger, a massage chair, a Niqama traction chair and a Power Plate.
The gym is open around the clock every day of the year and is for members only. Joining, pausing and cancelling are done online, as there is no reception, and fitness vouchers are accepted. Personal training sessions can be booked with Fibaco coaches. Ages 12–14 train with a guardian, and from 15 on their own.
