This Helsinki gym belongs to a fitness chain and is equipped with Technogym machines. The spa area has saunas and hot tubs, and personal training and nutrition coaching are available. Fysiomekka offers classic, sports and hot stone massage, as well as osteopathy, on the premises.
Members can use the gym around the clock. Memberships are bought online: a daytime membership, a 24/7 basic membership or a yearly card, all for over-18s, with one calendar month's notice to cancel. A no-obligation trial visit can be requested through the contact form, and the website has a page in English.
