Bread is made by hand from flour in the shop's own bakery. White bread is also baked with sourdough starter, and the loaves have a crisp crust and slightly moist interior. Handmade pastries include cinnamon buns, doughnuts, sweet buns and Danish pastries. Head confectioner Eero Paulamäki designs the cakes and confectionery.
