This City of Helsinki day care centre in an industrial area has about 140 children and follows Freinet pedagogy. Children are given time for 'experimental fumbling': trying things with an adult, making mistakes and trying again. Groups include Takojat for 1–2-year-olds, Sorvarit and Timpurit for 3–5-year-olds, the mixed-age Naskalit and Nikkarit, and the preschool groups Räätälit, Kisällit and Kisällit 2.
Activities are in Finnish. Five accessible parking spaces and a drop-off point are right outside, and a step-free route with a ramp runs through the play yard. Everything is on the entrance level, and there is an accessible toilet.
