This Neapolitan pizzeria in Helsinki's Citycenter mall holds AVPN certification and was among the first in Finland to receive it. Pizzas bake over an open fire in just over a minute in a 2,800 kg lava stone and brick oven hand-built in Naples. The dough uses 00 flour, and toppings include San Marzano tomatoes from Campania and fior di latte mozzarella imported weekly from Italy. The windows look out on the railway station and its stone figures.
You can watch the pizzas being made in the open kitchen. The menu also has pasta, risotto, salads and desserts, and gluten-free bases are available. Tables can be booked online, and delivery is via Wolt. The premises and toilet are accessible.
