This wine bar and restaurant is set in the historic Ahlström house on the edge of Esplanadi park in Helsinki. The à la carte menu brings French touches to Nordic flavours, and the list of more than 850 wines was curated by Master of Wine Essi Avellan. Many wines are poured by the glass, rarer bottles come from a Coravin list, and the champagne list features both major houses and small growers.
On weekdays lunch is served in a spacious garden lounge, with the à la carte menu later in the day. Tables can be booked online. Classic private rooms are available for corporate and private events. The toilet is wheelchair accessible, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
