This Helsinki beer pub belongs to Kalaravintolat, a group of six pubs. The drinks list covers beers, ciders, lonkero (the Finnish long drink) and wines, and tasting sets come as a tasting board, a metre of beer or whatever the staff suggest. To eat there are toasties, ruisreino rye-bread snacks, hot dogs and nachos.
There is no table service, so orders are placed at the bar, and there is outdoor seating. Board games and table hockey help pass the time, and group bookings have their own page on the website. Dogs are welcome every day, though only until 8 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
