Two brothers from northern India, both trained chefs, founded this family business in Helsinki in 2015. It takes its name from the Himalayan monal, the state bird of Uttarakhand. The menu has meat, chicken, fish and vegetable dishes, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients, herbs and good-quality spices. There is a second branch in Hämeenlinna.
On weekdays there is a lunch buffet that changes daily. Food is available to take away and for delivery through Wolt, Foodora and Pizza-Online. Tables can be booked online or by phone. Catering is offered for birthdays, corporate events and weddings. Special diets should be mentioned in advance. The entrance and toilet are accessible.
