This Helsinki distillery began operating in 2014 at Teurastamo, a former abattoir that is now a food culture centre. It makes whiskey, gin and other spirits, long drinks and alcohol-free distillates, and customers can even buy their own whiskey cask. The distillery's bar and restaurant serves lunch, dinner and cocktails.
Whiskey cellar and distillery tours with tastings, as well as tables, are booked on the website. Groups of ten or more can arrange events with a pre-ordered menu. A visit usually lasts 1.5 to 3.5 hours. The toilet is wheelchair accessible, cards and mobile payments are accepted, and there is paid street parking nearby.
