Facilities comprise a gym, fitness laboratory and hall for ball sports and gymnastics. The seventh-floor gym overlooks the beach and serves only Arcada students and staff. Expert-supervised tests measure aerobic capacity, body composition, muscles and jumping.
The roughly basketball-court-sized hall can also be hired by associations, groups and external guests. Tests can be tailored to individual needs. Accessible entry and parking accommodate wheelchair users.
