The heart of this Helsinki swimming and sports centre is a 50-metre pool that also hosts international championships. There is also a 5-metre-deep diving pool with a 10-metre tower, a warm leisure pool, teaching and paddling pools, a cold plunge pool and several saunas. The gym has a heated HOT training area, and more than 100 group classes run each week.
Single visits can be bought at the front desk without registering, while online purchases and bookings need a customer account. There are no membership fees. All areas are step-free with lifts, and there is a pool hoist. Parking is paid. A visit usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours. The centre is run by Urheiluhallit Oy.
