The trade union represents white-collar staff, specialists and managers employed by Kela, Finland's Social Insurance Institution. It negotiates a collective agreement with the employer and represents members on pay, professional and social matters.
Members have access to the Tilta online service and workplace representatives. The union trains representatives and regional association members, with local associations across Finland.
