Founded in 2010, the non-profit association runs a community workshop for self-directed learning, experimentation, art and repairs. Equipment includes woodworking and metalworking facilities, 3D printers, sewing machines and an electronics room. Members include hobbyists, students, retirees and professionals from different fields.
Open evenings take place on Tuesdays, alongside member meetings, workshops and courses. Members can obtain a personal key for round-the-clock access. Communication uses Slack, IRC and Telegram. Pitäjänmäki and Mäkkylä railway stations are nearby.
