Founded by Bertil Antere in 1933, the boys' Scout troop focuses on outdoor scouting. It meets in the Luola room in the cathedral's left bell tower. With its sister troop, it organises summer camps at Pappilanniemi in Karjalohja and publishes the joint magazine Kirkonrotta.
The shared Kämppä retreat cabin in Långvik, Kirkkonummi, sleeps about 50 people. Other Scout groups can rent it for scouting use. A support association backs the troop, which belongs to the capital region's Scout district.
