The service and advocacy organisation supports professional sports coaches and instructors whose main income comes from coaching. It belongs to YTY and through it to Akava, and is also affiliated with the Finnish Coaches Association and ASIA. Membership categories include students, entrepreneurs, seniors and people working abroad.
Services cover employment law, collective agreements, employment contracts, pay advice and work abroad. Unemployment cover is available through the KOKO fund. Members can apply for wellbeing support, professional supervision and mentoring. Written membership applications take effect on receipt and cannot be backdated.
