The foundation provides accessible right-of-occupancy and senior rental homes, mainly for people over 55. It has homes in around 20 locations and develops and owns properties according to sustainable development principles.
Resident managers handle letting, resident services and property management. A separate maintenance company handles urgent repairs, emergency calls and door opening. Renovations require written permission, and published procedures govern transfers and exchanges of right-of-occupancy homes. The office entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
