Local branch 022 represents service-sector workers in North Karelia. The present branch formed in 1998 through the merger of five local branches. Members work in fields including retail, restaurants, cleaning, property maintenance and security.
The branch arranges member events, trips and training. Activities are listed in a member calendar, and members take part in statutory meetings. They can also use the union's online learning environment for courses and materials.
