This gym belongs to EasyFit, a Finnish chain offering gym access, group training and coaching. It has Technogym machines, a cardio area, a functional training area and a free-weight zone. A virtual group class studio offers on-demand classes that can be started on the screen when the group room is free. Small-group training with a coach is included in the PLUS membership. Coaching services include training programmes, fitness tests and nutrition programmes, also remotely.
Changing rooms have electronic locking cabinets opened with a personal key card or a loan key. A sauna is available and is switched on manually from the control panel in the changing room. Parking in front of the centre is free, and the entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible. Membership options are Basic, Plus, Online and single visits, with an online training library. The EasyFit app opens the door, logs workouts and manages the membership. Members get free EasyStart onboarding and a free personal trainer consultation.
