Alongside gym equipment, the centre offers guided group classes and personal training. Services include massage, dry needling, CTN Recovery Point, Firstbeat analysis and OxyPro, X-Tone, X-Cryo, e°Compression, Pelvic Trainer and LedPro equipment. There is a sauna.
Access is by key card. Membership includes an initial 45-minute trainer session and an app-based exercise programme. Memberships continue until cancelled, with one calendar month's notice. Services are also available for companies and groups. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
