Aino and Timi Matara-Aho offer personal and small-group training, private sessions and nutrition coaching. Exercise is adapted to each client's starting level, with no prior training background required. Timi focuses on functional training and has further training in functional anatomy.
Both hold Trainer4you/EHFA personal trainer qualifications. Aino is also a registered nurse and public health nurse with nutrition coaching training. Bookings can be made through the website, with contact by email or phone. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
