The gym has about 800 m² of training space in the town centre, with safe and effective strength machines and free weights. Group classes include yoga, pilates, dance, indoor cycling, strength and senior classes. Water exercise such as Aqua Move and AquaFit is offered at the Töölö centre, not at this gym.
Physiotherapy, massage, personal training, nutrition coaching, Fustra movement correction and fitness testing are also offered. Childcare is available during training, and showers and sauna facilities are in use. Premium membership includes access to other Forever centres and online training, Basic covers the gym only, and employers can buy corporate fitness memberships. Parking is nearby and public transport is close; the car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
